[RECIPE] Keto Tuna Melt

This keto tuna melt is a great lunch option that's both filling and delicious.

Made with canned tuna, cheese, and low-carb bread, it's a quick and easy recipe that you can make in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

2 slices low-carb bread
1 canned tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the two slices of low-carb bread on a baking sheet and spread the tuna mixture on top of them.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
