[RECIPE] Chicken Pesto Zoodles

Ingredients:

2 zucchinis, spiralized
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup pesto
1/4 cup pine nuts
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill until fully cooked. Let it cool for a few minutes and slice it into pieces.
  2. In a large pan, sauté the zucchini noodles over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until they are tender.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and pesto to the pan and toss to coat the noodles and chicken evenly.
