[RECIPE] Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This chocolate avocado pudding is a delicious and healthy dessert that's perfect for those on the keto diet.

Made with avocado, cocoa powder, and almond milk, it's a rich and creamy pudding that's low in carbs and high in healthy fats.

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup keto-friendly sweetener (e.g. erythritol, stevia, monkfruit)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado until smooth.

  2. Add the cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until well combined.

  3. If the pudding is too thick, add more almond milk a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.

  4. Divide the pudding into individual servings and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
