[RECIPE] Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

These egg salad lettuce wraps are a great option for a keto lunch that's both low-carb and filling.

They're easy to make and can be customized with your favorite add-ins.

Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
6 large lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spoon the egg salad onto the large lettuce leaves, then wrap them up and serve.
