[RECIPE] Crockpot Beef Stew

This hearty beef stew is perfect for a cold day.

It's made in the crockpot, so it's easy to make and the beef becomes incredibly tender.


2 pounds beef stew meat
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups beef broth
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a large crockpot, add the beef stew meat, onion, garlic, beef broth, celery, carrots, mushrooms, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is tender. Serve hot.
