[RECIPE] Cauliflower Pizza with Toppings

This cauliflower pizza is a low-carb, keto-friendly alternative to traditional pizza.

Made with a cauliflower crust and topped with your favorite keto-friendly toppings, it's a delicious and satisfying lunch that won't derail your diet.


1 medium cauliflower head, grated
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings of your choice (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, cheese)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated cauliflower, eggs, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a round pizza crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes, or until it's golden brown and firm to the touch.
