[RECIPE] Baked Salmon with Garlic Asparagus

This baked salmon with garlic asparagus is a healthy and satisfying keto lunch that's quick and easy to make.

The salmon is baked to perfection and served with tender asparagus and a delicious garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the asparagus on another baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake the salmon and asparagus for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and the asparagus is tender.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
